⚠️ Binding Arbitration Scope — All Documents
All platform agreements require all disputes to be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under AAA rules. Class actions, jury trials, and representative proceedings are waived in their entirety. This applies uniformly to all customers, sellers, and riders operating on the WeMall and WeFast platforms.
